We are open!
We are officially back to our regular hours of Mondays - Fridays from 8:30am - 4:30pm and resuming operations as normal.
In order to keep our customers and employees safe, we will be temporarily changing our in-office policies with the purpose of practicing social distancing:
- Customers must wear a face mask when visiting
- Orders must be placed in advance so we can have them ready for you in a timely manner
- Curbside pickup available from 9:00am - 3:30pm
- We will be permitting only 1 customer in the office at a time
- Customers will not be permitted into the warehouse
- We will not be accepting cash at this time. The Quick Pay discount will still be available on qualifying orders, made by the due date, with payment by etransfer to music@counterpointmusic.ca or by cheque.
We feel this is the best way to protect our staff, limit the spread of the virus, and support the needs of our customers.
